Proposal: A proposal is created to secure sign-off from client.
Translation: Translation is carried out to suit culturally sensitive translations
Editing: Our editors review the work and resolve issues
Proofreading: Our proofreaders make one final pass over the documents
Desktop Publishing: We carry out desktop publishing for each language
Client Review: Client suggests review and we incorporate any changes
Quality Control: Our project manager QCs the final deliverables
Delivery: Project delivered to client
We are ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 27001:2013 certified and this standard requires specific quality management procedures to be adhered to by itself, in order to maintain certification. Our general approach is as follows.
